Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your typical day will include collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and provide solutions, ensuring that all components of the systems function seamlessly. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the network infrastructures and ensuring optimal performance across multiple platforms, all while adapting to the dynamic needs of the business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, SD-WAN Operations, Fortinet FortiGate Firewall. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
