Desirable Skills
- Minimum 2+Years of experience dealing with support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone and in person
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
- Requirement gathering and specification planning
- Ability to understand the logic flow of programming through reading C#, T-SQL
- SQL Server administration or development
- Familiarity with source control and development IDEs
- Understanding of change and release management
