Summary
We are seeking an experienced OPAL Bartender Technical Lead to provide Level-3 support for enterprise labeling solutions within a regulated Life Sciences environment. The role will be responsible for managing complex production support issues, driving root cause analysis, supporting releases and enhancements, and ensuring the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of labeling applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead L3 support activities for OPAL Bartender labeling solutions across manufacturing and packaging operations.
Analyze and resolve complex incidents, production issues, and application defects.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
Support application enhancements, upgrades, deployments, and change requests.
Collaborate with business, quality, manufacturing, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Ensure adherence to SLA, change management, and compliance requirements.
Mentor L1/L2 support teams and provide technical guidance.
Contribute to process improvements, knowledge management, and operational excellence initiatives.
