As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients, either remotely or onsite, to identify and resolve issues efficiently. The practitioner follows established operational procedures and models to maintain service stability and ensure high-quality support. The day is often dynamic, balancing multiple tasks while coordinating with various teams to uphold seamless infrastructure and application performance.
Key Responsibilities
Good understanding of TCP/IP stack network core concepts.
Candidate must have moderate hands-on experience in Azure core networking technologies.
Candidate who can understand the client s requirement and provide them network solutions.
Good understanding of F5 load-balancers and Palo Alto Firewalls.
Technical Experience
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Working knowledge on networking devices troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
Knowledge on routing and switching protocols.
Knowledge on Azure networking components.
Azure networking Hands-on experience Cisco / Other routing and switching enterprise network.
Good exposure on Enterprise-wide network Management.
2–4 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations is preferred.
