Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support for deployed applications, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents or service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance, application logs, and integrations to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Assist in configuration updates, patch deployments, and application releases.
  • Maintain documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment verification.
  • Communicate effectively with end users, providing guidance and updates on issue resolutions.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in application or production support.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of application architecture, APIs, and integration points.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
