Responsibilities- Provide support to the Application Support team for API-related activities
- Work on bug identification, analysis, and resolution
- Offer hands-on support for APIs and related integrations
- Utilize Oracle PL/SQL or MS SQL with practical experience on Windows/Linux environments
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and cross-functional application teams as required
- Perform operational checks (daily, weekly, monthly) in line with IT process guidelines
- Prepare and publish weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements
- Review incident reports and identify opportunities for automation
- Update and maintain SOPs and user manuals as needed
- Collaborate effectively within a hybrid team environment
- Proactively identify application vulnerabilities and engage security teams/vendors for remediation
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years
