Position Summary
To deliver desired, sustainable business outcomes and assure the integrity and continuity of our systems. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of AutoZone’s hardware, software, and/or network applications. This includes acquiring domain knowledge, growing technical skills, supporting the customers, resolving problems, and training as required. ResponsibilitiesParticipates in any and potentially all roles of the systems support and monitoring. Roles may vary by project and assignment. This may include but is not limited to maintain software applications and/or subsystems; debug, design, code, test, write specifications, roll-out software, upgrade, and production support.
Support new features, scaling, automation and self-healing processes for sites and systems
Identify and implement configuration changes to improve performance and reliability as necessary.
Coordinate with product owners and business partners to address the Business problems and document them as needed.

Identify and eliminate manual and/or inefficient processes through the implementation of innovative technology solutions
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field required
Experience in the Retail Industry developing and maintaining applications is desired.
Requires 4 to 5 years of experience based on consistently demonstrated capabilities.
Utilizing UNIX, Linux, Windows, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, DB2/SQL and APM tools to monitor and support the application.
Experience in JAVA, spring, RDBMS is preferred.
Knowledge of ATG framework and BCC is preferred.
Knowledge on GCP related technologies is preferred.
Experience with scripting (Shell, Python, Ansible etc.) and good understanding of Unix/Linux is preferred.
Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, APM, etc.) is preferred.
Solid problem solving, domain technical and analytical skills
Ability to perform tasks with little or no technical supervision.
