The Application support analyst is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the effective utilization and maintenance of specific business applications within the organization i.e., SpotOn, Teamwork, Restaurant365 Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving business and application related issues, and supporting end-users.
