Location: Richmond, VA
The Associate Systems Analyst will provide technical support for business applications and assist with application systems analysis across a variety of applications and technologies. The role will support applications and infrastructure in both Windows and Linux environments and work across multiple projects and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for enterprise applications and related infrastructure.
- Perform application systems analysis, technical analysis, and documentation.
- Conduct system design and business information flow studies.
- Recommend appropriate computer platforms, workstations, security devices, and communication protocols.
- Develop technical specifications, system use cases, and wireframes.
- Conduct unit, system, and integration testing.
- Support applications and infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.
- Work within multi-platform server environments across multiple projects.
- Support batch data loads and application interfaces.
- Install, configure, and upgrade vendor products in Windows and Linux environments.
- Maintain and manage defect lists, remediation activities, and testing.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Services, or a related field.
- Experience working in a large-scale IT environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments in a technical environment.
