We are seeking a dedicated Application Specialist to join our Danish SVG Ultrasound team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our commercial and clinical strategy across Denmark together with other team members, with a strong focus on sales, product demonstrations, and education within the Urology and Surgery segments. You will work closely with our existing team to drive success in the Danish market and report directly to the Country Manager Sales & Service, SVG Nordics.
The position is based in Herlev or can be performed remotely.

Providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations and presentations.
Post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives.
Support sales from marketing and funnel creation through the whole sales process.
Secure delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support in public tenders and preferably know-how about rules and guidelines.
Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process
Support trade shows and professional conferences
Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and equipment use.
Monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education and customer awareness
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Strong Ultrasound experience from previous roles in similar positions or from healthcare sector. Clinical and/or Sales.
Willingness to travel within Denmark and sometimes as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
Thorough understanding of the customers needs and a strong customer centric mindset
Strong oral and written presentation/ communication skills
Team player who actively participates in ongoing dialogues to improve internal processes, results and solutions.
Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
Ability to document, coordinate, and execute.
Eager to learn new systems and an instinctive ambition to improve processes.
Able to keep focused under pressure.
Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
Fluent in Danish and English.
