Your main focus will be on supporting and optimizing the source to pay process.
Your department
You will be part of the Finance Technology department within the Finance Transformation Office which is located in Veghel (Netherlands) and Pune (India). The Finance Technology department is part of the finance organization and provides functional application ownership, support and advice on process improvements in the finance function and beyond. A flexible but critical attitude, in-depth process knowledge and a feel for the business are its key success factors. Within Finance Technology you will be part of a team of (application) specialists, all with a focus on improvement projects, automation and support.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- act as sparring partner for Finance, Procurement, HR & IT
- participate in internal improvement projects and standardization of processes.
- functional ownership of business applications
- be the second- or third-line support for several finance applications e.g. MXP, Tungsten, AP essentials (OCR), Tradeshift, JDE, Blackline and Vena & Fluence. We expect pro-active follow-up with the internal Vanderlande customers via phone, ticketing system and/or e-mail.

Your profile
- You have a bachelor degree, preferably in finance or a business-related field
- Strong affinity with Finance operations to be able to understand the processes and applications, especially in the field of Source to Pay are strongly preferred.
- An entrepreneurial character, well organized and good (English) communication skills
- You have experience working in a multinational environment
- You have a result-oriented mindset, are independent, pro-active, innovative and take ownership
- At least 2-3 years proven experience in application support
