The Singapore Application Team at Nova is looking for an application engineer to provide excellent application support for Singapore Customers.

You’ll be joining the Singapore Application team:

The Application team is professional, willing to co-work with customers to explore new opportunity for technique development and business. 

Role Responsibilities
  • Supply on-site application support (SIMS and XPS) and metrology solutions to End users in CMP, CVD, Lithography and Etch process and Metrology groups (TD and HVM).
  • To establish good technical relationship (and good communication channel) with customers, have comprehensive understanding of their process and issues.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the semiconductor industry, including future changes and trends.
  • Remain involved and up to date with new metrology applications and products.
  • Perform Pre-sale demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Help in developing new and current applications in close coordination with LTD or other subsidiaries.
  • Provide sales support and sales related information to the marketing group.
Requirements
  • Msc. PhD, Master, Degree in Physic, Material Science Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Material Sciense – Must
  • Knowledge with Semiconductor process.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel to various regions for training (basic training for up to 2mths) and support global activities (~20% travel).
  • Strong analytical skills and multi-tasking

Skills Required
