Job DescriptionUbisoft’s IT department is looking for an EPM Applications Specialist to provide support, maintenance, and development for our financial planning and consolidation tools.
This role is focused on delivering high-quality functional and technical support to internal users located in Ubisoft offices worldwide, primarily on Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Oracle Hyperion Planning, and Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage incidents, problems, requests, and changes within defined SLAs, with an emphasis on long-term solutions.
- Communicate status updates and manage customer expectations throughout the lifecycle of incidents and requests.
- Conduct regular system monitoring, security audits, and data quality verifications.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Contribute to internal and user-facing documentation.
- Participate in projects including new functionalities and enhancements (functional analysis, design, development, testing, documentation).
- Collaborate with EPM Business Analysts, Developers, and Data Warehouse teams.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT or Finance, preferably with a focus on IT Finance tools.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their integration into IT systems.
- Proficiency in Oracle and MS-SQL database querying.
- Solid knowledge of finance reporting and consolidation tools.
- Understanding of data flows between internal/external systems and data warehouses.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, EPM Cloud).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. French is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Snowflake data platform.
- Knowledge of ETL tools and concepts.
- Understanding of business processes in Finance, Accounting, Cost Control, Sales, or Marketing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, especially Microsoft SSIS.
