Applications Specialist – Mineral Processing
Location: Morocco
Travel: Up to 50%
Solenis is seeking an experienced Applications Specialist to support the growth of our mining solutions portfolio across Morocco and the wider region. This customer-facing technical role will focus on key mining segments including Gold, Silver, Copper, Nickel, and Phosphate Rock, providing hands-on application expertise and technical support to customers and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical application support to customers, sales teams, and partners throughout the sales process.
- Conduct on-site technical evaluations, product trials, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Support the development, validation, and commercialisation of new and existing mining solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, trial proposals, and customer recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, R&D, and Equipment teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in mining, mineral processing, or related industries.
- Strong expertise in solid-liquid separation and process water treatment.
- Experience with mining and heavy industry chemical treatment applications.
- Knowledge of utilities water treatment systems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel extensively across customer sites.
