ㆍJob Title: Product Application & Sales Specialist (PASS) - Application Specialist (Light Microscopy)
ㆍContract: Regular
ㆍLocation: Seoul (business trip required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer training and application support of Bio-imaging solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide optimization solutions based on customer needs
- Support solution or workflow development and implementation at customer sites
- Contribute new market development by providing introduction and application information on various solutions through marketing initiatives and collaboration
- Plan and lead seminars or workshops for new products or solutions
- Drive business opportunities within the product group and market in charge by actively supporting the sales process, providing sales force training and coaching, etc.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Biology, Medical science, Pharmacology or related fields (or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of confocal microscope hands-on experience)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Bio-imaging & analysis preferred
- Proficiency in English at a business level, both written and spoken
- Effective Collaboration and Communication Skills
- Problem-Solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, including those arising during product development
- Valid driver's license
