- Attain deep knowledge of all live sound products across Ansata’s brands and stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
- Engage proactively with partners, dealers, and stakeholders in the respective regions to coordinate support, training, and project activities effectively.
- Provide prompt and effective remote technical support and deliver product training to customers independently.
- Offer on-site support for live events, managing seamless setup, configuration, operation, and post-show reporting while strictly following brand-specific procedures.
- Understand customer requirements, assess feasibility, collect detailed site data, and create precise installation designs, Bills of Quantity, and proposals that align with budgets and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Any Diploma/ Certification / Degree in the field of Audio from a reputed institution.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hands-on experience in the field of live sound or rental is a plus.
- We are hiring for Hyderabad, Kochi and Chennai
- Fluency in the local language is preferred.
