The Application Solutions Architect/Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions that align business needs with the tools available within the Microsoft suite of products. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and leveraging Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Power Applications, and VBA to develop efficient, scalable, and robust business solutions.
What you will do:
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Applications, and VBA.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and align with best practices and company standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify business problems and propose appropriate solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
Technical Expertise and Development:
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Create custom applications with Power Applications to meet specific business needs.
- Utilize VBA to automate tasks within the Microsoft Office suite.
- Stay current with updates and new features within the Microsoft suite to leverage the latest technologies.
Project Management:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Quality Assurance and Optimization:
- Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects.
- Optimize existing solutions for better performance and user experience.
- Implement best practices for data security and privacy.
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have 10+ years relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
- You have strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Applications, PowerBI and VBA.
- You have strong experience with other Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- You have a certification in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is preferred.
- You have proficiency in designing and developing business applications.
- You have an ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- You possess strong analytical skills with a good understanding of business processes.
- You have experience with database management and integration.
- You have excellent project management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed.
