Job Description
We are seeking an Application Software Developer/Analyst skilled in building and maintaining reliable software systems using Microsoft technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Leads projects and ensures the success of minor applications rollouts
Develop, modify, debugs and evaluate programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing
Analyzes existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs
Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards
Trains users in conversion and implementation of systems
General Support – The position will have support responsibilities specific to basic applications problems. Support will require troubleshooting applications and may investigate related server and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services.
Responds to emergencies as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions.
Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in software development.
2-5 years of experience in a business analyst.
Proficiency in:
C#/.NET
MSSQL (Native/Entity Framework) and complex query design
JavaScript and front-end frameworks
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Experience with MS Fabric, Azure, ERPs systems, PowerShell, DevOps, Power BI or other reporting tools would be an asset
Ability to travel (domestically/internationally) if required

Salary Range:
$77,900.00-$103,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
