Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient Application Reviewers to assess and evaluate applications. This role involves reviewing application materials, assessing applicant qualifications against predetermined criteria, and documenting outcomes. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate applications in accordance with provided guidelines and standards
  • Assess applicant qualifications and match them to the requirements outlined for the Operations Leadership admissions criteria
  • Provide accurate and concise evaluations on both situational and behavioral questions
  • Maintain a consistent workflow to ensure timely completion of assigned application reviews
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling applicant data

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
  • Proficiency in using web-based tools and software for reviewing applications
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Previous experience in application review, academic assessment, or a related field is preferred but not required

Role timing

Application reviewers, once hired, are able to start as soon as possible. There will be limited synchronous check-ins, including initial onboarding and check-ins through contract tenure, with Correlation One staff, so there is a strong focus on independent work – getting your work done on your time, as long as you meet Correlation One’s understanding that applications should be reviewed in a timely manner. Once an application is assigned, it should be completed within 4 days

  • End date of contract: March 31st 

Where you are

  • This role is remote and can be located anywhere that is compatible with the EST time zone. 
  • We are headquartered in New York City and have office space in Midtown Manhattan.

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $3.25 per application review.
  • We anticipate ~350 applications for review to be spread across a team of 2-3 reviewers
