We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex technology projects, including AI and data-driven initiatives.
🔹 Key Technical & Core Skills Required📌 Project & Program Management- Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery (estimating, planning, mobilization, execution, and closure)
- Expertise in scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
- Hands-on experience in change management processes
- Experience in contract management and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of work planning and governance structures
- Experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs
- Experience delivering AI / Machine Learning / Data Analytics projects
- Experience managing AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects in enterprise environments
- Understanding of AI project lifecycle (data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring)
- Exposure to AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, or intelligent solutions
- Experience working with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and MLOps teams
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI, and data privacy considerations
- Knowledge of AI platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI ecosystems is an advantage
- Budget tracking and financial performance monitoring
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting
- Experience ensuring delivery against quality and performance KPIs
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft Project
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with project management tools, methods, and best practices
- Experience managing onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams
- Experience managing subcontractors and SLAs
- Strong stakeholder and client governance management experience
