MISSION

Application Project Consultant – Salesforce.com is a capable person who could deliver new standard business solutions from both functional and technical standpoint. Being high end technically sound person, he/she should be able to develop custom codes to enrich SFDC related business solutions while considering business process re-engineering and application/system integrations in a given system landscape. While introducing best of bread salesforce development practices, he/she should be able to mentor junior SFDC developers and direct them towards their progression.
 

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
 

Project Delivery

  • Actively participate with the team in planning and setting user story deliverables;
  • Design and develop new IT solutions in collaboration with the team;
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project delivery and solution design;
  • Clarify project requirements to satisfy customers’ needs and expectations;
  • Deliver project on time and on budget;
  • Ensure proper hand over of project delivery to other teams.

Process Improvement

  • Identify and prioritize IT process improvements;
  • Participate actively in Process Feedback and Process Improvement during Scrum, Gemba, Sprint Retro meetings, etc.;
  • Support new process implementation and sustainability.

Skills Development

  • Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to design various IT solutions, enlarge his/her expertise and teamwork abilities in an scrum development approach;
  • Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or any related discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • Understand the Salesforce platform / system Landscape, including its architecture and key features.
  • Experience in Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and FSL (Field Service Lightning).
  • 5 - 7 year of Experience in Salesforce domain from the technical perspective.
  • Excellent knowledge in Salesforce Development lifecycle and tools used for Dev, debugging and unit testing codes.
  • Experienced Apex programmer - having mastered server-side programing.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of Apex triggers, Classes, and controllers.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of SOQL/SOSL coding for data manipulation.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of Lightning Component framework.
  • Excellent knowledge and application of Salesforce REST/SOAP API for integrations.
  • Understand salesforce security features and best practices.
  • Understand salesforce licencing models when solutioning.
  • Good knowledge in Visualforce Markup language.
  • Understand the waterfall / agile project delivery models. 
  • Trailhead completions and Salesforce Certifications are added values.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
