In this role, you will be responsible for the all requirements affecting the CPQ application, both technically and commercially. You will ensure both stable operations and a further development of our solution in line with the future IT Strategy of Syntegon.

• Ownership and end-to-end management of our CPQ Application, including configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders within challenging rollout or improvement projects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within CPQ.
• Ensure technical implementation in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
• Lead and coordinate system updates, new features implementation, and bug fixes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by setting up appropriate governance structures in line with the customer needs and in consideration of the cross-application landscape.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and IT, to integrate CPQ with other business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Ensuring of stable system operations in line with the aligned commercial targets.
• Monitoring of system performance and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements related to CPQ technologies.
• In the context of the S/4HANA migration, you will drive the integration of CPQ into the future application landscape of Syntegon.

• You have a degree in business administration, (business) informatics or comparable disciplines.
• You have several years of experience as an Application Owner or similar role, preferably with CPQ solutions.
• You have very good process and implementation knowledge in the context of Sales and CPQ solutions. Ideally, you already have experiences with the solutions from Tacton and with integration to other systems, mainly SAP, CRM and PLM.
• You are interested in shaping solutions considering the needs of Sales, Product Management and Engineering.
• Ability to work independently in alignment with the major stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and propose SAP solutions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with both business users and IT teams.
• You also have a willingness to travel (~20%).
• Very good written and spoken English skills are completing your profile.

In this position, you will be employed by Syntegon Telstar, but you will primarily be working with the Syntegon group.
