Ready to accept challenge on multiple technologies and eager for any new challenges.Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
- Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
- Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation.
- Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objective
- Day to day working with different teams like infra team for related issues
- Build and document automation processes for Infrastructure as a Service/Infrastructure as code.
- Backup and Patch management
- RCA of all the issues and deep interest in finding permanent resolution of all issues.
- Co-ordination of all other teams involved in issues related with users.
