Behind every fuel or charging transaction is a reliable platform. As an Application & Operations Analyst at Q8Truck, you'll keep our card platforms running seamlessly. You'll monitor critical processes, solve technical challenges, and make sure transactions, billing, and card management are processed accurately, securely, and on time.

You'll work where IT, operations, and business come together. Your expertise keeps our systems available, delivers the service our customers expect, and helps build the future of smart mobility.

You'll ensure our card platforms remain stable, efficient, and ready for the future.

• Manage the Cards platform and oversee integrations with internal systems, applications, and external partners.

• Monitor daily operations, analyze incidents, and deliver fast, sustainable solutions.

• Support users and customers by resolving technical issues and ensuring platform availability.

• Work closely with suppliers and IT partners, prioritize activities, and coordinate changes, incidents, and continuous improvements.

• Manage user access, support software releases, and keep operational processes under control through dashboards and ticketing systems.

• Ensure transactions, card production, and billing are processed accurately, on time, and with full financial integrity.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities while working closely with Finance to maintain financial accuracy.

• Develop reports and analyses that provide valuable insights for commercial and financial decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with audit requirements, security standards, tax regulations, and internal procedures.

• Keep procedures, manuals, and documentation up to date, and share your expertise with colleagues and project teams.

• Support testing, project implementations, and the handover of new solutions to operations.

• Actively identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve our services.

Your impact? You'll make sure customers, partners, and colleagues can rely on stable systems and accurate processing of every transaction. That means a better customer experience and a more efficient business.

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• You have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.

• You have a strong interest in IT, systems, and digital processes.

• You think analytically, work in a structured way, and enjoy solving problems.

• Experience with ERP systems, SQL, and/or Power BI is a plus, but your willingness to learn matters even more.

• You communicate confidently, enjoy working in a team, and feel comfortable in an international environment.

• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
