Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.

This role is contributing to the division area
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Manage the application lifecycle, including onboarding, development coordination, and Build-to-Run handover.

  • Define and maintain application support processes, including ServiceNow onboarding and Incident, Access, and Change Management.

  • Coordinate third-party services, including RFPs, contracts, ticket management, and task prioritization.

  • Be accountable for the resolution for any incident or change which has or might have a major impact on the relevant IS application

  • Oversee application-related budgets, costs, purchase orders, and software license management.

  • Provide business support and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure application quality, security, and continuous improvement.

  • Providing consultation and advice, as well as supporting the implementation of new IT services or changes to existing ones

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business representatives and support teams

Your background:

  • Master degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Experience in managing applications and delivering effective support & maintenance services.

  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and related technologies.

  • Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, independence, discipline, ability to work under time pressure

  • Basic Knowledge of Azure & SharePoint administration

  • Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)

  • Experience in Agile/Waterfall methodology

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps & Portal is a plus

  • Experience in project management is a plus

Skills Required
