Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of applications, ensuring seamless operations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications supporting GxP processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and operational impact.
- Maintain applications in strict compliance with GxP regulations, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
- Participate in validation efforts, including writing, reviewing, and executing IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and related documentation.
- Maintain audit readiness by keeping complete and accurate application records and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- At least 4 years of IT experience in application management or a related role.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- Educational background in IT or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with GxP regulatory requirements and validation protocols is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude with a focus on application lifecycle management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Knowledge of validation and compliance processes within regulated industries.
