About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Application Manager to join our Intelligent Automation team. In this role, you are shaping how automation and agents are built and scaled across the organization. You contribute to and define architectures, standards and guardrails for platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and ChatGPT Enterprise, enabling teams to deliver secure, reliable and future-proof solutions. Your impact is seen in the quality, scalability and sustainability of the intelligent automation solutions built across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the architecture definition for automation and agent solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Review and validate solution designs and partner implementations to align with strategic objectives and technical standards.
Establish, document, and enforce technical standards and best practices across the team and projects.
Guide the effective usage of tools, particularly UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, promoting consistency and efficiency.
Resolve complex technical issues, providing hands-on expertise and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to support business goals and deliver innovative solutions rapidly.
What We’re Looking For
Expertise in automation technologies, especially UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Agents, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Strong understanding of solution architecture, security best practices, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Proven experience in setting and maintaining technical standards and governance.
Ability to review and critique technical designs and partner solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
