Responsible for customized training and clinical technology deployment for key accounts nationwide. Deeply understand the clinical needs and treatment workflows of key accounts, and provide differentiated training solutions leveraging the company’s product strengths. Drive the clinical adoption and promotion of new technologies and products, coordinate resolution of special clinical requirements, and enhance the company’s brand influence and loyalty among high-end customers.

 Customized Clinical Application Support for Key Accounts
Investigate and analyze clinical application needs of key accounts nationwide, design and deliver customized application programs (including onsite training, advanced clinical applications, case studies, etc.) to improve product utilization depth and clinical outcomes.

Clinical Technology Deployment and Promotion
Drive clinical adoption of new technologies and products (e.g., advanced radiotherapy planning techniques, adaptive radiotherapy, AI applications) at key accounts, help customers establish standardized and innovative clinical workflows, and create benchmark cases.

Coordination of Special Clinical Needs
Respond to and resolve complex clinical needs or technical issues raised by key accounts, coordinate with internal product, service, R&D, and other teams to provide professional and timely solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Internal Capability Building and Best Practice Sharing
Summarize best practices and advanced application scenarios from key accounts, feed back into internal training systems, and improve the team’s overall clinical support capability.
