Job Description:

The role is responsible to define the most suitable solution for the installation and providing the necessary support and assistance implementing the solution or solving the incidence. In this way they guarantee the correct functioning of the applications and a level of optimal performance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer engineering or any related degree.

  • Preferably with Minimum of 2 years of ABAP experience or Minimum of 2 years of practice in HR Applications and processes

  • Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR Application, Processes and Services

  • Strong knowledge of and experience with maintenance web bases business process as a service application solutions

  • Motivation and desire for improvement  

  • Commitment to the customer and the company  

  • Motivated to achieve excellence  

  • Orientation to the process of continuous improvement  

  • The ability to explain technical information in a clear and simple manner

  • Excellent negotiating skills

  • A strong understanding of business

  • Team working and team management experience

  • Good project management skills

  • Ability to adequately assess the commitments acquired and set priorities  

  • Ability to work in a changing environment 

  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Ability to work with teams in different locations 

  • Philippine passport holder (must be valid for the next 6-12 months) and willing/able to travel offshore.
