Summary:
As an Application Lead, your day revolves around steering the design, development, and configuration of applications. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, ensuring smooth coordination among various stakeholders. Your role involves overseeing the progress of application initiatives, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating collaboration to meet project goals efficiently. You engage with team members and clients to align technical solutions with business needs, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to maintain alignment with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Experience in managing end-to-end application lifecycle including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and middleware tools related to Workday integrations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
