"Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the direction of application projects and ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and its users. Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience with data modeling and report creation in Microsoft Power BI. - Ability to integrate Power BI with various data sources for comprehensive reporting. - Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations and data manipulation. ""Design target data models to support business reporting needs. Have knowledge of star schemas / dimensional models. Produce data mapping documentation to serve as a blueprint for the build team. Handle non functional requirements including the handling of PII data in the design. Have knowledge of Power BI reports and Power BI Paginated reports. Ensure calculation and business logic is captured to meeting the reporting requirements as part of the model designs. Work with BAs and client teams to ensure all data requirements are captured. Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
