Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code across multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be essential to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of production planning processes and methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production planning. - Familiarity with data analysis tools to support decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
