Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that applications meet the required specifications and performance standards. You will engage in discussions to address challenges and provide innovative solutions, while also mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development and management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team. - Oversee the application lifecycle management to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of server configuration and management. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for server environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
