Assists customers with identifying their technical specifications and determine what documentation is required to incorporate the organization's products into customer applications. Prepares engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications to ensure that customers' technical requirements are met. Develops application notes that clearly describe how the organization's products should be used in the customers' target application. Develops test applications used for testing modules, including customer-specific components.
Job Summary
To provide EFD Key Account Henkel with excellent and professional technical service and application support to maximize the sales of EFD 1K component business in accordance with agreed targets Gloably.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support KAM to do trouble-shooting as requested, provide Henkl with an excellent and professional technical service timely.
- Work with application team to develop unique application solution to meet Henkel’s needs and assist KAM in developing appropriate projects and new applications to grow our Henkel business in Aisa.
- Support EFD PLM and KAM to implement new product evaluation program as requested by Henkel under agreed guideline at lab or customer site, prepare and submit testing report in the format requested to related team members.
- Work with Qaulity Engineer, to conduct investigations and anslyses of the root causes of all quality complaints from Henkel and to implement improvement measues as requested. the direct superviosor in the format as requested.
- Take necessary business trips and actively participate in technical, sales and quality meeting as requested.
- Prepare and submit the monthly report to the supervisor in the format requested.
- To submit & maintain all expenses within the company guidelines.
- Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanics, Engineering or Electro-mechanics related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in technical support or application development, specifically in fluid dispensing industry.
- 3+ years supervisory / managerial experience, technical or engineering background is preferred.
