Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Engineer. The Enterprise Application Engineer will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and related systems. This role requires a combination of business knowledge and ERP expertise to ensure that the ERP system aligns with our business objectives and delivers efficient and effective processes to meet company and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the ERP system, providing reliable support to ensure uninterrupted business activities.
- Direct the collection, analysis, and implementation of ERP system optimization or upgrades to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Oversee collaborations with other departments to meet their information system requirements, ensuring seamless integration and consistency with the ERP system.
- Drive complex ERP projects, fostering innovation to develop cutting-edge solutions that provide competitive advantages.
- Liaise with vendors, IT partners, and stakeholders to maintain system integrity and foster partnerships that support the ERP infrastructure.
- Report on the status of ERP initiatives to senior management, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
- Create and maintain system/application documentation (requirements, processes and procedures)
- Provide on-call support to business teams
- Assist, mentor and train other associates
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of systems analysis and design, and modelling using Oracle EBS technology
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment within the Business System’s group other groups within the IT and business organizations
- Should have excellent team working skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude
- ERP integration experience between Oracle and other systems
