You’ll work across the full lifecycle helping ensure solutions are scalable, reusable and aligned to engineering best practice.
We’re looking for more than just a coder. This is a role for someone curious, adaptable and forward‑looking. Someone who embraces AI and automation, pushes boundaries, and is happy to challenge the status quo. - Develop and deploy solutions in a DevOps environment, embracing AI‑ and automation‑first engineering approaches
- Build solutions that integrate AI capabilities and enable AI‑powered outcomes
- Work closely with stakeholders, business users and other engineers to deliver high‑quality outcomes
- Support operational management of applications, including monitoring, observability, incident resolution and lifecycle management
- Identify opportunities to improve solutions through reuse, automation and new technologies
- Contribute to engineering culture, communities of practice and shared ways of working across the Fund
What You’ll Need
- Experience as a mid‑tier application engineer (typically 3–5+ years), able to work autonomously
- Strong experience across the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET frameworks, Azure services.
- Experience with programming and scripting, including Python (required), Power Platform and frontend technologies (e.g. React)
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Agile and DevSecOps ways of working
- Experience delivering solutions in regulated environments or financial services (highly regarded)
- Strong problem‑solving ability, collaboration skills and a proactive, learning‑oriented mindset
- Interest in AI‑enabled and agentic solutions, and incorporating automation into engineering practices
