ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as liaison between the customer and Marway to ensure project scope is fully defined and manage projects from concept to delivery.
- Reviews and assists with technical outlines, drawings, quotes, quality clauses, terms and conditions and/or other documents to develop and prepare proposals for the customer.
- Communicates with all levels of personnel both internal and external to ensure timely schedule, cost, and quality of deliverables.
- Assists internal and external Sales Representatives by providing accurate technical and/or commercial information.
- Develops long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and utilize follow-up techniques to obtain future sales and/or gain market insight.
- Answers incoming sales and technical calls from customers in commercial, industrial, military/defense, and other key entities.
- Maintains and records all data as it pertains to Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Supports in-person meetings, trade shows, and other customer facing activities.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field from a four-year college or university and two to five years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
