Job Description
- Based on the company's customer sales goals, work closely and proactively with industrial sales team to provide professional technical support, effective customer service for the development of national and regional industrial customers, report on the progress of the work and provide customer service reports timely.
- Corporate with industrial customer sales team to discover new product development requests, related problem-solving solutions and customer needs by visiting and following up customers.
- Independently lead or work within project teams to conduct laboratory tests, customer production line trials, bakery product development and demonstrations, as well as provide technical training—while meeting both customer needs and internal company requirements (e.g., internal training support, new product development, new technical solution development, etc.).
- Keep abreast of and collect information about the baking market, customer feedback, competitors and samples, bakery-related businesses, bakery industry associations (baking) and events, etc. Provide related advice and solution to the company.
- Bachelor's degree or above in food science, baking-related majors; master's degree preferred.
- Over 3 years of technical experience in the bakery industry; priority given to those with experience in major projects/key customer services.
- Proficient in baking technology, formula R&D and production line technology, familiar with industry trends and regulations, able to solve complex technical problems.
- With project coordination and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, excellent Chinese and English communication skills.
