Responsibilities:

Coordinates orders in alignment with PDM/TPM

Executes export control checks
-
Checks contract documents for completeness
-
Reviews and evaluates customer comments with the support of the expert advisors and TPM taking into account the impact on the total scope of the project

Clarifies the commercial impact of changes on delivery time and Costs with the customer - OCR
-
Conducts System and Data Management Maintenance
-
Defines process types and process delivery times for Customer Service for recording the Order lines (delivery class & process type)
-
Conducts technical and commercial plausibility check - supply compliance
-
Coordinates the different project orders with department, LSO, OEM and EPC if necessary, prioritizes order packages with the EPC
-
Ensures the agreed scope of delivery for all orders in accordance with the FA
-
Monitors and consolidates technical documents for approval
