Job DescriptionAs an Application Engineer, you are technically responsible for the development and implementation of hydraulic drive systems and act as the point of contact for technical questions.
- Analyzing customer requests and identifying technical specifications and risks.
- Designing and configuring hydraulic drive and control systems within budget and schedule.
- Guiding technical projects, from detailed engineering to production.
- Supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical expertise.
- Preparing technical documentation and construction files according to applicable standards.
- Actively contributing ideas for innovations and improvements within drive technology and system design.
- Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Strong technical insight and thorough knowledge of hydraulic drive systems and applications.
- Understanding of mechanical constructions/mechanics.
- Experience with relevant 2D (CAD) drawing and design packages and preferably SAP/PP.
- Good communication skills and ability to convey technical knowledge.
- Hands-on mentality with problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to support customers on location if necessary.
- Language skills: fluent in English, Dutch and French is a plus.
