Responsibilities:Technical support of customer projects in cooperation with the sales team
Consulting on product selection and process design based on customer requirements, as well as feasibility assessments
Execution of corrosion tests and bath conversions in the laboratory and technical center
Support of selected projects on-site
Collaboration with R&D and Sales teams to solve internal and external technical issues
Execution of sampling in the laboratory and technical center
Support in the operation and maintenance of the pilot plant
Preparation of technical documents such as test reports, specifications, and application guidelines to support sales and customer communication
Completed vocational training as a surface coater or electroplater, or equivalent technical qualification (e.g. electroplating technician, master craftsman, chemical engineer, Bachelor's/Master's degree in materials science)
Professional experience in decorative electroplating desirable
Precise theoretical and practical approach to solving electroplating-related tasks
Independent and structured way of working
Enjoyment in working with national and international teams
Strong communication skills
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Experience with common office software
