Key Responsibilities :
1. At least +7 years of semiconductor Etch process and hardware expert with hands-on lab/fab experience and knowledge of state-of-the-art analytics applications.
2. Engage on service product development including NPI alpha in lab and optimization at customer sites.
3. Deploy New service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field.
4. Lead and support projects to deliver to KPIs for success at customer site.
5. Communicate clearly and timely to both internal and external customers on progress vs plan, results, next steps, and help needed.
6. Document BKMs and procedures to help develop training material and train the trainer.
7. Direct experience of algorithm writing (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
8. Travel to international locations at ~25%.
9. Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
