L-Acoustics is seeking a Regional Application Engineer, EMEA South – Install to support the growth of the installation business across the region. The role provides high-level technical expertise throughout the full lifecycle of fixed installation projects, from early system specification through to final handover, while ensuring the consistency, performance, and technical excellence of L-Acoustics solutions in permanent venues.

1) Strategy & Market / Field Development
Act as regional technical ambassador; plan field enablement aligned to territory priorities; reinforce the positioning of L‑Acoustics solutions within the fixed‑install ecosystem; support consultant relationships and maintain strong visibility in the installation community through technical advocacy and solution expertise.

2) Forecasting / Planning & Performance Management
Contribute to capacity planning; maintain personal workload plans and technical OKRs; provide accurate field intelligence on upcoming install opportunities; anticipate technical resource needs for long‑cycle installation projects; support planning for key milestones such as design freezes, commissioning windows, and integration phases.

3) Capability, Methods & Self‑Leadership
Maintain certifications; deliver trainings/demos safely and per best practice; contribute to developing partner capabilities specific to L‑Acoustics installation practices; provide internal feedback on features, workflows, and design methods relevant to fixed installations; support consistency in how L‑Acoustics standards are applied across integrators and consultants.

4) Project Execution & Ecosystem
Deliver accurate system designs, specifications, drawings, and documentation; conduct design reviews, tuning/commissioning, and on‑site validation; support key partners; increase early‑stage engagement and long‑term client alignment; provide integration guidance tailored to architectural constraints and installation requirements; assist in troubleshooting complex venue‑specific behaviors; participate in post‑project reviews to strengthen future install execution.

5) Data, Standards & Process
Update CRM/project notes; produce mission reports; adhere to design/commissioning standards; document installation‑specific technical learnings; ensure accurate traceability of all system design choices and commissioning parameters; support continuous improvement of internal install‑related tools, templates, and technical guidelines.

6) Cross‑Functional
Ensure clean handovers presales → delivery; escalate risks early; collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and R&D by sharing insights specific to installation workflows, constraints, and technical trends; participate in coordination meetings to ensure alignment across operational, commercial, and technical teams supporting the install business.

KPIs:
First‑time‑right commissioning; technical escalations per project; time to commission; training throughput; spec‑in value influenced; adherence to installation‑related standards and data quality expectations.
