Job Responsibilities:
1. Design test solutions for IC chips and develop or adapt test programs based on the company’s IC test systems;
2. Optimize test programs to reduce testing costs and improve fault coverage;
3. Design test interface boards for customers and provide consulting services;
4. Participate in global projects and provide pre-sales and post-sales support to the company’s customers;
5. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues arising during engineering development and production;
6. Summarize knowledge and experience gained from projects and create documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
1. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, RF and Microwave Technology, Automation, Instrumentation, Communications, or related fields;
2. Background in RF, data communications, and circuit design;
3. Basic programming skills in C/C++, Java, or Perl;
4. Passionate about technical work and able to learn and perform effectively under pressure;
5. Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing); preference given to candidates with CET-6 or higher;
6. Excellent communication skills;
7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
