This role requires strong UX fundamentals, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead design initiatives from discovery through delivery.
Role Summary
As an Analyst – UX/UI & Delivery, you will lead and contribute to the design of user centered digital experiences, balancing user needs, business priorities, and delivery constraints. The role emphasizes UX research, design execution, project coordination, and vendor management, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and outcomes.
You will act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders, designers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of UX initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UX discovery and research activities, including user interviews, workshops, usability testing, and synthesis of insights.
Translate research findings and business requirements into clear UX strategies, user journeys, and interaction models.
Produce wireframes, high fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specifications using industry standard design tools.
Ensure design quality, consistency, and accessibility by applying UX best practices and design standards.
Act as a bridge between business, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations.
Manage UX related projects and initiatives, including planning, prioritization, tracking, and risk management.
Coordinate and oversee external vendors or partners, reviewing deliverables and ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
Support data in formed UX decisions by partnering with analytics teams and leveraging available user behavior insights.
Participate in Agile or iterative delivery, contributing to planning, reviews, and continuous improvement of processes.
Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, or a related role.
Strong background in UX research methods, user centered design, and usability principles.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, InDesign or similar).
Proven experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and delivery of design and development initiatives.
Experience working with and managing external vendors or agencies.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Familiarity with digital analytics concepts (e.g., interpreting user behavior data) is a plus.
Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., Angular or similar frameworks) is nice to have, not required.
Experience working in Agile or cross functional environments.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Our hybrid work model
