O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT seeks an Application Enablement & Support Analyst to join our team. We are a highly respected leader in our field and ranked as one of the top construction firms in the Northeast.

The Application Enablement & Support Analyst reports to the Special Projects Manager and works closely with department leaders, subject matter experts, and IT team to support business applications, user training, and technology initiatives across the organization.

This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between business users and IT development teams.
  • Provide frontline support for application issues, service requests, and reporting needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve application functionality and user experience.
  • Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support materials for business applications and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Coordinate software rollouts, testing, updates, and implementation projects.
  • Support field operations, job trailer startups/moves, and division-specific technical initiatives.
  • Manage vendor relationships, software updates, QA/testing, and end-user support for systems including Sysdyne and ERPLY POS.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and assist with deployment and user adoption.

Qualification:

  • Experience supporting business applications and incident management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
  • Excellent technical writing, training, and process documentation skills.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with software testing, training delivery, and process mapping preferred.
