Job Description- At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture
- Should have knowledge on various Application dynamics product.
- At Least 7 Years of experience working with Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk tools.
- Should be excellent communication skills, Presentation skills, Stakeholder management skills.
- He/she should require to own end to end Major/critical Incidents and drive it’s resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the service.
- Should be able to participate in incidents management meeting, handle the crisp customer communication over email/call, should be able to update status to customer leadership team.
- Financial Domain Knowledge
- Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving technology focused environment. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Ability to Connect and manage client.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in IT Security Management.

Skills Required
- At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting and enterprise architecture
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Nagios, and Splunk
- Knowledge of Application Dynamics (AppDynamics) products
- At least 11 years of experience in IT Security Management
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years progressive experience in lieu of each year of education)
- Financial domain knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to own end-to-end major/critical incidents and drive resolution with SMEs, vendors, and customers
- Experience participating in incident management meetings and providing crisp status updates to customer leadership
- Project management experience
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly in a management consulting environment
- Ability to connect with and manage clients
