Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Application Development & Support Senior Analyst to join our DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules, along with expertise in PL/SQL development, data engineering, and reporting tools. This role also involves managing DevOps responsibilities, including CI/CD processes, and ensuring seamless integration and performance across SCM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS concurrent programs using PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions to automate key SCM business processes.
- Build and maintain custom interfaces and data migration scripts using SQL Loader, PL/SQL, and Oracle APIs.
- Develop operational and analytical reports using Oracle Reports Builder, XML Publisher, and Discoverer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Drop Ship Orders in Oracle EBS.
- Implement bug fixes and performance enhancements in Oracle PL/SQL objects.
- Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS with third-party applications via Enterprise Integration (EI).
- Collaborate with business users to resolve issues in P2P and O2C processes, ensuring smooth transaction flows.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Coming up with Technical solutioning and Design Documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Oracle EBS (SCM modules), PL/SQL, and Oracle APIs.
- Experience with Oracle Reports Builder, XML Publisher, and Discoverer.
- Familiarity with SQL Loader and data migration techniques.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Waterfall methodology and task ownership mindset.
Tools & Technologies:
- Development & Integration: SQL Developer, Oracle EBS, Oracle APIs
- Monitoring & Deployment: WinSCP, SBM, Dimensions CM
- Reporting & Analytics: Oracle report builder and XML publisher, Power BI, DAX, Snowflake
- Additionally, it is nice to have skills- Power BI, Dax, Snowflake, Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics (or similar tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience at IT Consulting services organizations.
