The job profile for this position is Application Development Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc.
Responsibilities-

Set and execute the design, engineering standards, and delivery processes, across Affordability & Accuracy Prepay Solutions' (AAPS) applications to achieve our growth and strategic goals.

Acts as the principal designer for complex major systems and their subsystems with our Technology (IT) partners.

Provides counsel and advice to management on significant Application Development matters.

Coordinate between stakeholder organizations.

Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective solution. Implement threshold checks for unit test coverages within the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline. Manage data with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Build key frameworks, including DevOps/testing automation, and patterns that promote modularity, configurability, reusability, reliability, and telemetry.

Work with cloud-based development and solutions.

Assess software delivery throughput and code stability.

Align complex business problems in healthcare, advanced application design, and coding techniques to meet goals. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.
Qualifications-
Position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science and Engineering or related plus five (5) years of experience in software development, or a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science and Engineering or related plus two (2) years of experience in software development. Experience must include .Net Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Git, Entity Framework, SSIS, SSRS, XML, and SQL.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
