Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Design, execute and analyze experiments to develop new applications for Sartorius BioAnalytics platforms.
- Generate high-quality scientific data, publications, and application notes to highlight platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to define product requirements and identify new application areas.
- Contribute to the validation and optimization of new application, instruments, consumables and workflows.
- Develop technical content such as posters, white papers, and webinars to support launched and scientific marketing.
- Represent Sartorius at Scientific conferences, customer visits and workshops.
- Provide internal training to colleagues in R&D, marketing and technical support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ph.D. (preferred) or M.Sc. with equivalent industry experience in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related life science area.
- Hands-on experience in protein characterization, molecular interaction analysis, or cell-based assays.
- Demonstrated track record of scientific publications, application development, or technology innovation.
- Ability to translate customer research needs into new application concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as well as within cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) domestically.
